Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2009, featuring over one thousand performers from Scotland and overseas. Recorded live from the
Edinburgh Castle Esplanade, this DVD video features the entire 2009 Tattoo and a selection of special extras. The 60th Tattoo
pays tribute to the 250th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns and marks Scotland's first Year Of Homecoming.
Performers include The Massed Bands Of The RAF, The Top Secret Drum Corps (from Basel, Switzerland), The Central Band Of
The Swiss Army, The Tongan Royal Corps of Musicians, The Calgary Burns Club Singers (from Canada) and more than one hundred
Highland dancers, including fifty dancers from Australia.
